Facebook awards dozens of grants to organizations in Valencia County

Always On

Facebook is giving back to Valencia County.

More than a dozen nonprofits and schools were awarded grants Wednesday totaling nearly $170,000. It’s all part of Facebook’s inaugural community action grants.

All 13 projects address critical community needs by putting the power of technology to use for community benefit, connecting people online or off, or improving local STEM education.
