As the brewery scene in New Mexico continues to grow, local brewers are putting unique flavors to the test to stay on top.
Recently, Ponderosa Brewing Company unveiled its newest creation: Toasted Cinnamon Stout Float. It’s served with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
Three co-op beers Bosque Brewing Co will feature this upcoming spring include “Brandon’s Hazelnut Stout,” “Josh’s Honeydew Saison,” and ‘”Marisa’s Smoked Sea Salt Jalapeno Lime Gose.”
Ponderosa will also feature a peach wheat ale, a tart-cherry-chocolate porter, and peanut-butter and jelly stout.
