ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Albuquerque police are investigating two overnight shootings Sunday, one behind a downtown nightclub and another involving two roommates.
Just after 230 a.m. Sunday officers responded to reports of shots being fired in a parking lot behind Lotus nightclub. Two people had been shot – a man in the leg and a woman in the upper shoulder. Both victims were transported to UNMH where they are reported to be in stable condition.
Less than two hours later police were dispatched to a home on the 6200 block of Dellyne Northwest to another shots fired call. When officers arrived they found one man dead. Investigators say that one man had allegedly shot his roommate and another female inside the home. At this time there is no information available on the female victim’s condition.
APD has not yet released the identity of the victims are suspects in these two shootings.
