ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Starting this Saturday there will be a change in the carpooling policy for Lobo football fans parking for games at University Stadium.
This means all parking at the stadium east lot next to the track and soccer complex will cost $10.
And UNM will no longer give free parking to cars with four or more fans.
The university, however, is opening two new lots for fan use where the free carpooling policy will be in effect.
The Lobo Village and I-25 lots now will be available to fans. Those lots will charge $5 to cars with fewer than four people.
The change starts this Saturday as the Lobos take on Boise State.
