A large wildfire that started Thursday continues to burn in northeast New Mexico.
According to Union County's Facebook, the fire is over 50 miles from Clayton and has been contained to the north side of Highway 50.
The fire had spread into Colorado.
Multiple agencies from three states are working on the fire.
Crews remain hopeful that Saturday's wind will push the fire back into the area that has already been burned.
