LAKE BUTLER, Fla. (AP) — Investigators in a north Florida town say they're working to determine what led a trucking company employee to go on a shooting spree that left himself, his former boss and a former coworker dead — and two others wounded.
Authorities say Hubert Allen Jr., 72, drove to locations Florida's Union County, including the headquarters for Pritchett Trucking Inc. and shot the men Saturday.
Authorities say Allen first shot and killed 28-year-old former coworker Rolando Gonzalez-Delgado. They added he then went a short distance and fatally shot his 80-year-old former employer, Marvin Pritchett. Later, authorities say, Allen shot and wounded another former co-worker before heading to company headquarters where he shot and wounded another man before going home and killing himself.
A company official didn't respond to an email seeking comment.
