"I'm taking Osuna to Jefferson to Paseo rather than coming I-25 to Paseo," said commuter Tamara Hall.
Of course, the whole point of this overhaul is so you won't have to sit at the light on the off-ramp.
The plan is to build a flyover. The whole project should be done by the end of next year.
