ANGEL FIRE, N.M. (KRQE) - An American flag was taken on a march Monday morning in Angel Fire.
KRQE News 13 viewer, Janet Sailor, shot this video of the U.S. flag as it was taken on a mile-long march on Highway 64 to the Angel Fire Vietnam Memorial.
Once it arrived, members of the Taos Pueblo raised the flag at the site.
The memorial was built by the family of Marine Captain David Westphall.
He was killed in Vietnam in 1968.
In 2005, the Westphall family turned the monument over to the state, making it a state park.
