ALBUQUERQUE (KASA) - Albuquerque firefighters knocked down a fire in the 10,000 block of Belnap Place northwest, near Irving and Unser.
According to AFD, the call came in a 10 p.m. When crews arrived the garage of the home was fully involved.
The home owners were able to out of the house.
Officials say there was significant damage to the garage and the owners were displaced for the night because the utilities had to be turned off.
No injuries were reported.
The cause is still under investigation.
A winter storm warning has been issued for Albuquerque and surrounding areas through 11 p.m. Thursday.
