ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Part of Highway 66 east of Albuquerque is back open Thursday morning after a bicyclist was killed.
The crash happened around 7 o'clock Wednesday night.
Bernalillo County sheriff's deputies say a car hit the cyclist.
They say their initial investigation shows that the bicyclist rode into traffic.
The driver has not been charged.
Officials say the case will be forwarded to the district attorney's office for review.
The victim has not been identified.
