Police say Donnie Pearson shot Jonathan Mitchell after neighbors said Mitchell was standing in their driveway with a gun.
Video shows Pearson drive up to Mitchell's house in his SUV then you see Mitchell shoot from his driveway.
About three seconds later, Pearson fires back, hitting Mitchell.
The video shows Mitchell and his brother running into a neighbor's yard, where Mitchell eventually dies.
