ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Another busy morning chasing bears in Albuquerque.
One of the bears was spotted near La Cueva High School at Wyoming and Anaheim. That's also close to Desert Ridge Middle School.
Game and Fish responded quickly and were able to tranquilize the bear when it ran up into a tree.
They say the bear was a small female, only about 80 to 90 pounds.
The bear will be tagged and relocated.
