Ramon Lorenzo, 19, and Leo Galindo, 21, are accused of forcing their way into the Wow Diner on March 23 right after closing. The suspects were able to steal almost $2,000 and shot the restaurant owner, Richard Rivard, in the face.
Rivard was not able to identify the robbers because they were masked.
