Cory Ganzerla, 26, faced a judge Saturday on an abuse of a child charge after police say he was busted with a container of meth and a handgun.
According to a criminal complaint police pulled Ganzerla over Friday after an officer noticed the temporary license plate was expired on the vehicle he was driving.
That's when the officer noticed a child in the front seat and a container full of drugs inside Ganzerla's car too.
The complaint alleges Ganzerla also had a gun in his back pocket, which is also a crime because Ganzerla is a convicted felon.
