ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An Albuquerque man shot outside a university-area home on June 13 has died from his injuries, Albuquerque police reported Friday.
Kevin Swinehart, 33, died Thursday.
The shooting happened at 1514 Coal Ave. SE about three blocks east of University Boulevard.
Neighbors reported hearing an argument and a gunshot. Swinehart was found on the sidewalk suffering from a gunshot to the head.
Albuquerque Police Department homicide detectives are actively pursuing the case and are looking for tips from the public.
