On Sunday, Nathan Otero faced a judge on an aggravated battery charge.
According to a criminal complaint, Otero kicked a man off the roof of an apartment complex on the 5300 block of Eubank.
The complaint states moments after Otero and his three siblings arrived at the man's apartment, the two got into a fight.
After the victim climbed to the roof, Otero followed, he says, to try and calm him down.
But police say Otero would later tell them another fight began and that's when the man fell off the roof.
