Albuquerque police have arrested a suspected serial robber who lost a foot race on Thursday.
Police believe Kenneth Culwell, 45, is the man who's pulled off five robberies in the last month.
Three of them were at the same business near Lomas Boulevard NE and Broadway. Surveillance cameras caught him each time.
Then on Thursday police say Culwell struck again, this time the coffee shop at Second Street NW and Lomas.
A son of one of the employees chased Culwell two blocks, tackled him and restrained him until police arrived.
The night before police got a warrant for Culwell after a Crime Stoppers tip connected him to the other robberies.
They were in the process of looking for him when he struck again.
