ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The man accused of killing his brother then dumping his body has pleaded guilty.
The victim is a murder suspect himself.
Felix Martinez, 43, is accused of shooting and killing David Martinez in March of last year after the two got into a fight.
David Martinez's body was found in a park near the Santa Fe River. Police say the body was dumped with the help of Felix's friend, Sam Lebya.
Monday, Felix pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and tampering with evidence.
He will be sentenced on Thursday.
In a twist, investigators believe David Martinez shot and killed local Santa Fe artist Ethaan Boyer in February of last year during a burglary.
Police have not linked Felix Martinez or Lebya to the slaying of Boyer.
