ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The manager of the all-nude strip club investigated for underage dancers got his day in court.
Oscar Anderson faced a judge Sunday on two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Anderson is the manager of the Palms Nightclub, were police say two 17-year-old girls were dancing.
A criminal complaint states one of the girls' mothers got suspicious, went to the club on San Mateo and found her daughter on stage.
Anderson claims the girls gave fake ID's, but police found no records to back up the club's claims.
Anderson has already paid a $5,000 bond and is out of jail.
