ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Sheriff's deputies say 25-year-old Eddie Padilla of Albuquerque crashed while driving drunk early Sunday with his 5-year-old daughter in the car.

The criminal complaint says she has multiple cuts, including a deep cut on her right forearm that completely exposed the muscles.
Padilla is charged with child abuse.
He was also arrested for DWI but the formal charge is pending until test results come back.
