Gabriel Sanchez faced a judge Saturday on voyeurism charges after police say he looked up the skirt of a 9-year-old girl.
Officers say it happened at the Barelas Community Center in southwest Albuquerque last week.

The girl began to cry then told center workers, who called police.
Police say Sanchez claims he was just picking up his gym bag and then shaking the girl's hand.
