Deputies arrested a Kirtland, New Mexico, man Monday night for allegedly raping a woman passed out at a party.
Investigators say another person at the party in Durango, Colo., said she walked in on Bryan Bunion, 25, raping someone.
She said the victim was drunk and passed out and that Bunion took advantage.
He's being held at the San Juan County Detention Center on a $250,000 cash only bond.
He'll eventually be extradited to Durango to face charges.
