Former PRC commissioner Jerome Block's latest drug court violation will keep him in jail for a week.
Block was arrested Monday and investigators are not saying why.
Last month, he spent one day in jail for failing a drug test.
When Block was still on the PRC, he admitted he was addicted to painkillers.
He resigned in October after pleading guilty to several felonies for ripping off taxpayers including stealing the gas credit card the state gave him.
Originally, the judge let him stay out of prison but he had to successfully complete the drug court program.
