ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An armed robber targeting an Albuquerque man and his young son has been arrested, Albuquerque police report.
Police say the victim and his 9-year-old son were in their car when Elijah Austin, 19, and another man pulled beside them.
The victims say Austin then pulled out two handguns and demanded the man give him everything he had.
The victim said he was wearing only basketball shorts and had nothing on him, so Austin and his friend drove away. The victim was able to identify Austin based on his tattoos, police said.
He was arrested Monday and is charged with armed robbery.
