ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Police say they arrested a man and a woman after a guard, who was trying to break up a loud party, was assaulted.
The incident took place at an apartment complex off Indian School in the northeast heights.
Police say as the guard was trying to break up the party, one of the men there, Garth Brown, chased the guard, beat him up and tossed him through a window.
The guard was cut up but will be okay.
Police arrested Brown and the woman who lives in the apartment saying she gave alcohol to minors.
They also say she left her 4-year-old and 1-year-old kids alone in a crib with vomit all over their bed and liquor bottles next to them.
