ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The former probation officer accused of fondling a woman he used to supervise pleaded guilty Tuesday.
Investigators say 35-year-old Gordon Chavez would meet the female parolee at his downtown Albuquerque office as well as her home.
Chavez would allegedly comment on the woman’s appearance and on at least one occasion he groped her.
The woman recorded at least two incidents, including one where he asked he rot bring him naked photos of herself.
Under Tuesday’s plea agreement Chavez will have to give up his law enforcement certification.
Chavez is also facing jail time but a sentencing date has not been set.
