ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Last month, robbers burst into an Albuquerque Denny’srestaurant and killed an employee, and on Monday two of suspects inthe deadly armed robbery pleaded not guilty to 90 felonycounts.
Both Pablo Ortiz, 32, and Marvin Aguilar-Lopez, 22, are on ano-bond hold because of the court’s fear that the men wouldflee the country.
“I'm a little concerned about not having sufficientinformation about their ties here and they may very well be aflight risk, so we're going to keep a no-bond at this time,”Judge Stan Whitaker said.

A third suspect, Francisco Melgar, is still on the run and isbelieved to be in Mexico.
Also in court Monday was Mario Burgos-Rosales, 30, who isaccused of helping Melgar escape.
He pleaded not guilty and his bond was set at $200,000 cash orsurety.
The state charges will be dropped once the federal indictmentscome down, and then the case will move to federal court.
Bernalillo County District Attorney Kari Brandenburg told News13 last week that state prosecutors plan to work with the U.S.attorney’s office on this case.
The D.A.’s office hopes to transfer the case over to thefederal legal system in August.
