LOS LUNAS, N.M. (KRQE) - Los Lunas police are investigating what they suspect was a drunken driving rollover on Interstate 26.
Investigators say Jeremiah Kurasz, 37, of Connecticut, was driving on Interstate 25 when he veered into the median at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
He then overcorrected causing his Ford Ranger pickup truck to roll.
When officers arrived on scene they observed signs of intoxication. Kurasz will be charged with DWI, officers said.
He was taken to the hospital to be treated for head injuries. The passenger of the vehicle was not hurt.
The crash shut down the southbound lanes at Los Lunas for about three hours.
