ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Roswell police say a 13-year-old boy stabbed his stepfather Monday morning because he did not want to go to school.
It happened around 8:30 Monday morning inside this mobile home on West Linda Vista.
Police say the boy used a pocket knife to stab his stepdad three times in his hand, arm and chest.
Sources say the man was treated at the scene and is doing okay.
The 13-year old was arrested and charged with aggravated assault against a household member.
