ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An Albuquerque man is accused of driving drunk with three kids in his car.
Jonathan Segura, 27, was in court Sunday, charged with child abuse.
Early Saturday morning, cops say Segura was speeding on I-40 and struck a curb when he got off on Rio Grande.
The officer says Segura reeked of booze and blew over the .08 legal limit.
Police say three children, all younger than 10, were in the car.
Segura is in jail on a $5,000 cash or surety bond.
