ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An Albuquerque man is in jail after allegedly turning hisneighbor's garage sale into a nightmare, according to police.
Police said Alizandro Sainz, 61, took a gun to his neighbor'sgarage sale Saturday morning.
The incident happened on the 8200 block of Nerisa Court SW.
Police said Sainz was drunk when he threatened to shoot hisneighbor and to call immigration because he claimed his neighborwas in the U.S. illegally.
Sainz is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weaponand two counts of child abuse because children allegedly witnessedthe confrontation.
The judge warned him Sunday that he must stay away from hisneighbor who has already filed a restraining order.
