ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The accused peeping tom who was beaten nearly to death by a father pleaded not guilty Friday in court.
Dylan Maho was caught naked outside the bedroom of two teenage girls on Corriz Street in September.
He was chased down by the girls’ family members and beaten so badly, investigators were afraid he would not live.
The district attorneys office has said charges are possible against the father of the girl who played the biggest role in the beating.
It will likely go to a grand jury, but a date has not been set.
