ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An Albuquerque mother is accused of putting her small child in harms way by not only speeding, but driving drunk too.
Theresa Jaramillo faced a judge Sunday on child abuse charges.
Thursday night, an officer says Jaramillo was traveling 20-miles per hour over the speed limit on bridge, near sunset in southwest Albuquerque.
The officer pulled Jaramillo over.
When she rolled down her window police say she reeked of booze and that's when the officer noticed the small child in the back seat.
