ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Two major job fairs will be happening in Albuquerque starting on Monday.
The first will be for the next Gordman's store set to open near the Coronado Center in Uptown Albuquerque. Company representatives expect to hire about 100 new employees for that location.
The job fair will be held with the help of the New Mexico Workforce Connection. This will be from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the New Mexico Workforce Connection Office at 501 Mountain Road in Northeast Albuquerque. www.gordmans.com/Careers
The second job fair is held by Sodexo UNM Sports and Leisure. This organization will be looking for 40 new servers who will handle the food and beverage services for the upcoming games for Lobo Football and Basketball season.
Their job fair runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the McDavid Lounge on the southside of the Pit.
