Small Business Administration visits Albuquerque to hear issues, concerns

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) - A new national effort is helping small businesses across the county, including right here in New Mexico.

The Small Business Administration visited Albuquerque as part of its "Small Business Awareness Tour."

The tour aims to hear directly from owners about their issues and concerns.

Administrator Linda McMahon says it's an important learning experience to understand what people are going through.

"I like to see the passion in their eyes, or sometimes the distress, as to what they're trying to do and the help that they might need," said McMahon.

The SBA is visiting district offices across the nation.
