The 9-1-1 call is frantic.
What is clear though, the 70-year-old woman thought there was a madman in her apartment.
Judy Lee is heard screaming for help on the recording of a 911 call.
She says she was at her apartment near Academy and San Mateo getting ready to go out to dinner when she heard someone pounding on her front door.
"That's when the guy forced his way in," said Judy Lee on her second story porch.
Police say that intruder was 21-year-old Fillip Kosorukov.
According to Judy, after he forced his way into her living room, things got scary.
She says Kosorukov threw her on the couch and tried to smother her with a pillow.
"Somehow i managed to get up and then he threw me on the floor the other way," said Judy Lee.
Judy says she fought back like her life depended on it.
After escaping the man's grasp, she picked up the phone and called 911. As she phoned police, Judy says Kosorukov went on a rampage through her apartment, breaking things.
That's when she bolted out her front door.
She says a second man showed up and helped Kosorukov get away, but police found them a short time later.
Police found the suspect in a nearby apartment with people he apparently knew. He was arrested for burglary, assault and possession of meth.
Kosorukov has a burglary conviction from a few years ago.
According to the police report, detectives working on the case believe that whoever would have answered that door would have been the target of a premeditated attack.
