Alleged kidnapper due in court

David Hernandez is expected to make his first appearance before a metro court judge on Friday. Hernandez is accused of kidnapping a 4-year old girl in Albuquerque on Wednesday. Hernandez turned himself into police on Thursday after seeing his face on the news.
