AUSTIN, Texas (KXAN) - One man not only used his brain to come up with an advertising idea -- he's also using his head.
Brandon Chicotsky launched BaldLogo.com last month offering advertisement space on his head. For $320, Chicotsky and a team of people will hit the streets for six hours using his bald billboard to catch people's attention.
With Austin home to big events like South By Southwest, Austin City Limits Musix Festival and the Formula One U.S. Grand Prix, Chicotsky says it's a great place for crowds.
"People can not help but stare and I don't mind look at me all day long," he said. "I think it's original unique idea.
Even though Chicotsky is naturally bald, the company says they donate nearly half their profits to the National Alopecia Areata , a skin disease that causes loss of hair.
More than 5 million Americans are affected by the disease.
