[Closed] Promotions TV Writer/Producer

KASA - 2KASA FOX is searching for a high energy, creative writer/producer with 3-5 years experience to fill a key position in Creative Services Department at leading Southwest duopoly.

As the 2KASA FOX Brand Manager, you'll join a close-knit, hard-working, results-driven department and be a keyplayer with direct hands-on supervision and creation of on-air marketing product for 2KASA FOX, as well as assist with sister station KRQE News 13, duties. You will work closely with the Creative Services Director on all image development for 2KASA as well as assist in media planning /placement for 2KASA including FOX coop and other outside media buys.

In this position you will be responsible for implementing 2KASA’s local promotion, including NewMexico Style, Face of FOX, FOX shows, syndication product plus high-end station image advertising. Will assist with daily log duties for both stations and their secondary digital channels. Will participate in community projects and other station projects/contest plus oversee digital platform and social media initiatives.

Candidates must have strong writing ability, multi-tasking skills, be detail-oriented and social media driven with accompanying web skills. Top candidate will also have organizational and leadership qualities. An eye for effective graphic design and high-end production techniques is key. This is a hands-on job for someone who writes and can also shoot and edit. Entertainment programming promotion experience is also a plus. Broadcast experience mandatory. Hands-on experience with non-linear editing and shooting preferred. College degree preferred.

A valid driver license and an acceptable driving record required.
