ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - People from all over the country are helping with recovery efforts in areas hit by super storm Sandy, and now more New Mexicans are on the way.

About 60 wildfire personnel from New Mexico have been sent to clear downed trees and remove debris.

The "saw crews" were sent to New Jersey for initial briefings before being assigned to specific locations across the Northeast.
