NORTHEASTERN COLFAX COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEW MEXICO NORTHWESTERN UNION COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEW MEXICO * UNTIL 715 PM MDT * AT 542 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN IN EXTREME NORTHERN COLFAX AND UNION COUNTIES... INCLUDING AREAS NEAR RATON AND RATON AIRPORT...FOLSOM AND DES MOINES. * STRONG FLOWS AND HIGH WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED IN ARROYOS...SMALL STREAMS AND OVER LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
