Energy Secretary Chu's speech at Sandia

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Energy Secretary Steven Chu, in his first major speech since his appointment, spoke to Sandia National Laboratories employees for about an hour about the lab's nuclear-weapons mission and the coming emphasis on energy research and other new ventures.
