I-25 lanes reopen after crash

The right two lanes of northbound Interstate 25 have reopened after a rush-hour crash at Jefferson Street.
The crash happened about 4 p.m., and the lanes were open again by 5.
Traffic is still loosening from the backup that extended south beyond Comanche Road to the I-40 interchange.
