Bus versus car accident (David Romero/KRQE)

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - According to reports, a city bus got into a wreck with a car, pinning three people in the car. They have since been rescued from the car.
A 14-year-old, who was the passenger in the car, is in critical condition with a fractured skull. Another passenger, a 15-year-old boy, is in the hospital with serious injuries. The driver, a 21-year-old man, was able to walk away, according to APD.
According to officials, the driver ran a stop sign and the bus, driving northbound at the time, hit the car. One of the passengers from the bus was transported to
the hospital with medical complaints only.
The driver will not be cited on scene due to extent of injuries.
The case will be sent to the District Attorney's office for pending charges.
