St. Pius, Hope grab tourney titles

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Rematches from last year and a the 2008 state final highlighted the championship round of day games Saturday at the state high school basketball championships.

In Class 4A St. Pius and Albuquerque Academy met as they did in the 2008 finals with St. Pius taking the title 57-53.

In the 3A title game the Hope Christian Huskies captured their fourth trophy in five years by defeating St. Michael's 42-29.
