A healthy Brian Urlacher is feeling optimistic about the 2010 NFL season.

"We're pumped we think we're going to be good. We're heathly and everyone's back for the most part," he said. "Our offense looks great, you know, Jay is throwing the ball all over the place. Our defense is right on the football."

The Chicago Bears linebacker and former New Mexico Lobo is teaching his annual camp in Albuquerque.

The Brian Urlacher camp is in its 11th year.

Urlacher did more than teach on Wednesday, as the big guy decided to run the drills as well.

He missed most of the 2009 season with a wrist injury.

Not only has Urlacher's wrist healed, but the time off gave his entire body a chance to heal from the rigors of the league.

"I feel good; my body feels good right now. If I can play three or four more [seasons] I'd be happy with that," Urlacher said. "If not, if I can't perform like I want to then I think it's time to shut it down. I still think I can go out there and compete with these young guys."

The camp runs through Friday.
