Marquez nears return bout

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - New Mexico boxer Archie Ray Marquez is practicing the mantra separation brings appreciation.
Marquez returns to the ring for the first time in eight months on Saturday for a bout in Sunrise, Florida.
He's on the undercard of a show that will air on Showtime.
Marquez was forced into time off after he tested positive for a banned diuretic.
He said the time off has made him love the sweet science even more, adding that he hopes to stay undefeated.
Marquez will square off against boxer Jason Hayward of Canada.
