INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Indianapolis Colts general manager Ryan Grigson has a new perspective on free agency. Instead of making roster cuts to clear room, Grigson has more than $40 million to spend. But Grigson also says the reason the Colts chose not to re-sign Dwight Freeney or receiver Austin Collie is because they didn't fit into Indy's future plans.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Denver Broncos coach John Fox thinks Peyton Manning could be even better next season. Fox says that with another offseason to heal and fine-tune his comfort with Denver's offense, Manning could have a more impressive second season in the Mile High City. Manning signed with the Broncos last season after spending 14 seasons with the Indianapolis Colts.
