Ten weeks until The Pit is done

The contractors have met all deadlines

    ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - It's only 10 weeks until the $60 million Pit makeover is done. The UNM athletics department showed the media inside Thursday afternoon. UNM said the contractors have been meeting deadlines with no problem.

    The first scheduled event is the ribbon-cutting event on Nov. 1 followed by a basketball game on Nov. 3.
