Obij Aget verbals to Steve Alford and Lobos

Albuquerque (KRQE) - Seven foot center Obij Aget has given The University of New Mexico a verbal commitment to play basketball in 2012. The Indiana basketball elite center and native of Sudan averaged about 11 points, 9 rebounds and over two blocks per game for his high school team La Lamiere in La Porte, Indiana last season. Aget's addittion to the Lobos in 2012 will give the team a pair of seven footers with the other one being sophomore Alex Kirk of Los Alamos, New Mexico.
